My parents plan to treat the students (about thirty students) to cheesecake.
That means I have to make at least three cakes in two days,
but there is only one round 8 inches cake pan.
I can not make two cakes at a time.

Moreover after the cheesecake is baked, you have to wait it cool and throw it into the refrigerator for on day. Then the delicious cheesecake is done. It takes a long time to go through this process, so my job becomes so troublesome.

 

Originally, my cousin and I planned to go to Taichung for shopping. Of course we would go as we planned, but I need to finish the job my parents gave me. I woke up 6:30 am this morning to bake the cheesecake. It was terribly early for me. Since I finished my internship, I never woke up so early. I started to mixing the ingredients, pour the cheese paste in the cake pan and put it in the oven baking. Thanks god I finished the second cheesecake on time.

 

My cousin and I went shopping happily~~~ I bought the cosmetic Mom, which she wants and some for myself. After we finished shopping cosmetic it was almost noon, we realized that we forgot to reserve for Thai restaurant. We had to wait sixty minutes for a seat. Therefore, we gave up waiting and ate others for lunch.

 

We went to Costco before we went home. Costco were filled with people as usual. Every one bought a lot of things, seems like it was free. HA~ I was here fore the Aveeno lotion set, which was on discount. The original price was $499, but with $150 discount, it was only $349 for two bottles. How cheap it is! Yet the expiration date is on Nov, 2009, I guess this is part of the reason why it is on sale. Never mind!!

 

When I arrived home, I was already exhausted. However, I still have to gear up to make another cheesecake for Monday.
