Recently, the earth was not peaceful.
Especially in Asia two countries are suffering catastrophe.
Myanmar and China are suffered pain from natural disaster.
Both two countries’ government acted weird during the rescuing process.
It seems like life is not worth over there.
I felt that living in Taiwan is hundred times better than living there. 
 

Myanmar (Burma) was hit by cyclone Nargis on May 2-3, which severely damaged throughout the country. Moreover, the Burmese junta refused to accept international aid from the sea. Only a few neighbor countries could access to aid. Due to the junta feared that they could have easily lost their regime. However the hygiene situation in Myanmar is in serious danger. No clean water and sufficient food for the refugee. Besides, the dead bodies were floating in the water. It’s been worried the continuous heavy rain will evoke big scale epidemic, at that time it will be out of control.

 

On the afternoon of May 12, a Richter Scale 8 earthquake occurred in Shichuan of China. It has been estimated that tens of thousands of people were dead and thousands of people were missing. After theses days the number of survival became scarce, yet sometimes there was good news. A few people were saved from the fallen building that cheered people. There is still a long way for people in Shichuan to recover from this tremendous earthquake, no matter physical or mental.

Isn’t saving life the most important? I didn’t understand why at first China refused to give permission to Japan and Taiwan rescue team. After 72hours which is the Golden Time for saving people passed, they gave permissions. It has been said there is a super big nuclear base in Shichuan and they feared others knew there secret or if there was nuclear pollution. But who knows?
